The first week is played the first round of the National Cup although there are no league match. The following are 14 league matches on weekends and Cup (or friendly) on weekdays. The week is the 16-party advocacy, not all teams play promotion. In every league there are 8 teams faced one another twice, in return. The last two teams in the division, 7 th and 8 th down automatically and are exchanged with the two best in the division below. These constitute half of the automatic promotion. Since V, 5 th and 6 th promote half against teams that failed to live promotion points. The best, 1 is facing its worst 6 and the worst 1 to better 5. The promotion is a single party. The team is the local senior division. They show as an example the league's oldest and the largest number of active members: Sweden.
